What to Expect ~ Your 1st Chiropractic Visit

The first visit is focused on gathering information about your health history and current health concerns.

Intake Form: Health History Forms will be emailed to you before your 1st appointment to be completed at your convenience on your computer, smart phone, iPad, etc., OR can be filled out at the office, if filling out at the office please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Consultation: You will meet with Dr. Dawn to review your health history, current concerns, and goals as well as create your own vision of optimal-healthy living.

Comprehensive Exam: We will conduct a variety of examinations based on your age and specific complaints to aid Dr. Dawn in understanding the cause of your health challenge(s) and wellness goals, including a full postural evaluation and spinal examination.

Report of Findings and Adjustment: Dr. Dawn will share with you what she discovered about your health based on your health history, consultation, and exams. From there she will provide your Customized Care Plan and answer any additional questions you may have.
